Portfolio > Saga Call Centre
Architen Landrell was approached to design, manufacture and install bespoke ceiling and wall linings for a large call centre in the south-east of England, as well as provide a series of suspended parabolic kite clusters to act as reflectors above column-mounted light fittings.
Recent legislation regarding percentages of reflected light in office buildings provided the opportunity for Architen Landrell to offer reflective fabric surfaces as wall and ceiling linings in the large call centre for SAGA.
A blackout fabric tensioned on to adjustable wall-mounted frames was used to maximise space while boosting the acoustics within the building. Mood lighting was also installed behind the panels so that a warm glow was emitted between the wall panels.
Large ceiling panels consisting of PVC/glass mesh stretched on to lightweight steel frames formed an overlapping chevron effect, finished with suspended parabolic fabric kites clustered above industrial column-mounted up lighters.
